Fanna-Fi-Allah is a Sufi term which loosely translates at the state where one annihilates himself to merge into Unity (Allah). In various accounts such as Attar’s Conference of Birds, the concept is described as Man’s ultimate objective, i.e. to merge into His creator so the beloved and lover becomes a singularity.
