What is reality of Human Being? Excerpt from Fihi Ma Fihi By Maulana Rumi

“Human being is a great creation of Allah. Every part of his being is a like a maktab [university] to learn from, however the excuses and worldly tasks hiders him to to discover his self.

Despite all the worldly tasks, he still figures out himself. We can imagine when all these veils and darkness is removed, how many knowledge he can gain about his true being.

Human has unparallel ability to learn from other creations. There is a famous saying in that human being learned the art of mourning and burial from crows [who chant over their dead and cover in soil].

It also shows that where human beings can learn from animals as they are best of creations, animals cannot learn from humans.”
