Woh Roaz Pari Hain Kiyamatain, Ke Khayaal e Roz e Jazaa Gaya
وہ بتوں نے ڈالے ہیں وسوسے کہ دلوں سے خوف خدا گیا
وہ روز پڑی ہیں قیامتیں کہ خیال روز جزا گیا

Faiz Ahmed Faiz was primarily a poet of Nazm, rather than ghazal. Ghazals was a genre that flourished in the classic times of urdu [rekhta], which witnessed poets such as Mir Taqi Mir and Ghalib.
Faiz was socialist and he merged romanticism with solicam to create a new genre, which saw poets such as Habib Jalib and Jaun Elia later.
